Community Development

The Community Development Internship will afford you the opportunity to mobilize local communities towards a common agenda, to form social groups, to capacity-build within communities, to build social capital focusing on cooperation between individuals and groups for the purpose of producing positive community development outcomes. The process involves community-based participatory planning, implementation, in addition to monitoring and evaluation. The community’s standard of living cross-cuts all sectors.
