Why Participate in a Virtual Internship

Engaging in a virtual internship opens you up to new learning opportunities in sustainable development, while furthering positive outcomes for Ugandan communities. Although your communication will be virtual, you will work directly with grassroots communities in Uganda on a development sector of your choice. This provides an opportunity to deepen understanding of the unique grass-roots development approach, where the community is in control. You will also gain insight into what makes a development project sustainable. Please follow this  LINK to read more about the impact that past intern alumni projects have had on Ugandan communities.
